- CHECK FOR DAMAGED INSULATION AND POSSIBLE CHEWED WIRE UNDER HOOD….HEADLIGHTS DON'T WORK ON AUTO SINCE CUSTOMER FOUND CHEWED WIRE
- CHECK FRONT TIRE RUBS IN REVERSE WITH WHEEL TURNED
- CHECK FOR HUMMING NOISE AT 50ISH AND HARD SHIFT AT LOWER SPEEDS
- Remove All four wheels to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Lining remaining is: Front (%) Rear (%)
- CONTROL ARM – Remove & Replace – Upper,Both – [DOES NOT include alignment.]
- CONTROL ARM – Remove & Replace – Lower,Both – [DOES NOT include alignment.]
- 2 WHEEL ALIGNMENT
- Unplug and Cut Off the Old Connector, Strip the End, Then Cut the end of the wire cleanly, and then place the wire with 3/4 inch of it sticking out of the stripper. Then pull the wire out, removing 1/4 inch of the insulator. Twist the stripped end of the wire onto the new connector wire, Then install heat shrink tube onto one side of the wire, Next solder the new connector, and heat shrink over bare wire.
